I went there recently to inquire about about a new vehicle. Let’s just say I was politely dismissed. It seems like they didn’t want to sell me a car. I’m going elsewhere and avoid this dealer group. I didn’t get the name of the individual, but they weren’t too happy to help.

This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Besides. 15 minute wait to talk to anyone, the showroom was uncomfortably quiet, with desks crammed together like a call center. Disingenuous service management misrepresenting the status of repair process, poor communication and customer service, understaffed and subpar performance on deliverables, unreliable in maintaining documentation of prior service. Going forward I will find a different Ford dealership for any service or purchases. Very disappointed in the experience with Scarsdale Ford.

Unfortunately, my car needed a new transmission. Fortunately it was under warranty. In any event, I was very pleased that they paid for a rental car since getting the parts and the actual repair was going to take a while.
I initially called in and was in contact with a sales rep called Anthony to look into a second car for me and my wife. What I didn't know was that my father in law was also in contact with a guy named Chris there. We ended up getting a Ford Bronco, and the guys there were more than easy going and professional. I'd recommend working with this dealership, they're alright people!

Service was great today. Everyone was prompt and polite and helpful. The next day I received an email from Ford that said I could’ve had valet service. They would’ve dropped it off and picked it up etc. so that would’ve been nice to know ahead of time but otherwise they were terrific thank you.

My wife and I had a terrible experience with this dealer! Apart from the regular dealers scheme to "rob" you here and there, these people wanted more from us. The vehicle we chose to buy had the windshield cracked. They said that, as part of the deal, they will replace it. I was very clear that I want original windshield. 1. Paint missing on sale of a brand new bronco - caught later pointed out by the customer (me)
2. Took 4 months to provide out of state registration plates. They charged $400 for this of which $150 was the processing fee - was informed the processing fee would not be refunded even though it took them 4 months to process. Claimed we could drive with expired plates. Many phone calls later a second temporary plate was sent.

Best care starting with valet, Kevin. Ralph, at the service desk, was extremely helpful checking me in. Technician was very good and found an issue that was covered under my warranty. Fortunately, the Parts department had the part for my car and all necessary work was done timely. I always get great service. Even the salesman, Chris, stopped by to see if I needed anything. Very happy with this dealership.

I brought my Ford Shelby into this dealership for a repair covered under my warranty in early July and it STILL has not been fixed and it is now October. The dealership told me for months they were waiting to get the part in. I finally called Ford Shelby in Nevada who told me that the part was sitting at the dealer. I recently purchased a Pre-Owned 2018 Hyundai from this dealership in late July. I paid additional for a New Registration and plates. Now after 2 months of driving with temporary registration (now expired) I'm told by DMV that the appropriate paperwork was not completed + filed by dealership. Which is why I have not received or will receive a current Valid registration from DMV. Dealership refuses to take responsibility and is blaming DMV for paperwork not found on file to date. On Friday, July 5th, I put a deposit of $500 on a 2020 Shelby GT500. I drove from RI to New York to look at the vehicle the following Monday. I was interested in the vehicle however I asked if the vehicle was going to pass inspection since there seemed to be modifications to the vehicle. They checked and the vehicle failed inspection. My car had been in service for over two weeks and they have no loaners. God knows how long it will be there. My last car was 3 months. They say I could be reimbursed for a rental 35 a day, cheapest rental I found is 75 a day. Why should I pay out of my pocket when their car failed?? No loaners… xxxxxxxx!! This is ridiculous I have to continue to inconvenience others for rides. This will be my last ford!!
Extremely pleased with my experience at this dealership. I personally dealt with Marysol Ruiz in ordering my '22 Ford Bronco, and I have nothing but good things to say. She was very communicative and transparent throughout the entire process from the initial build and price step through to the finance and delivery. To me, the sale was secondary to the customer experience. And that is my important takeaway. Highly recommend Scarsdale Ford for all your Ford needs.
I was extremely pleased with Scarsdale Ford and my salesperson, Joe Tarantino, from whom I ordered a custom Ford Bronco Sport several months ago. I’ve always liked Marisol(Ford Scarsdale), I don’t like dealing with the young, it’s all about the sale with them. Marisol was and is extremely helpful. I've spent time back and forth with them since ordering a Bronco. In fact I transferred my order to them from another dealer which was unresponsive. Sure enough Scarsdale Ford seems to have the same, old-school, attitude. I ask simple questions about the order and accessories and I'm just passed on to someone else who doesn't respond.
