I recently purchased a Pre-Owned 2018 Hyundai from this dealership in late July. I paid additional for a New Registration and plates. Now after 2 months of driving with temporary registration (now expired) I'm told by DMV that the appropriate paperwork was not completed + filed by dealership. On Friday, July 5th, I put a deposit of $500 on a 2020 Shelby GT500. I drove from RI to New York to look at the vehicle the following Monday. Yesterday the battery on my Explorer had died while the car was in my garage. Not being able to start my car or even get it into neutral, I called Scarsdale Ford and took advantage of their in home service. My brother used to work in this location, and he highly recommended this service. Making an appointment on the internet was difficult as it did not give me the option of a simple servicing. When I called, a machine received the call, and I was nervous that I was not going to get a return call. Yet, they called me less than 2 hours later to set an appointment. The servicing went without a hitch, and the admin people were very kind. They also had complimentary coffee in a waiting area. I also recommend as well.
